UniFi CyberSecure Enterprise is a premium security subscription designed for large-scale networks running on top-tier UniFi gateways. It extends built-in network protection across two critical areas.
Advanced Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDS/IPS), powered by Proofpoint, provides a signature library of over 95,000 threat definitions, with weekly updates delivering 30–50+ new signatures sourced from Proofpoint and the Microsoft Active Protections Program (MAPP). The system supports 53+ threat categories for targeted policy control and reduced false positives.
Advanced Content Filtering, powered by Cloudflare, unlocks 100+ granular filtering categories, enabling tailored access policies for user groups, VLANs, or compliance requirements (e.g., CIPA). Ideal for professional environments demanding precise, policy-based control over web access.
CyberSecure Enterprise is exclusively compatible with high-end gateways — the Enterprise Fortress Gateway (EFG) and UXG-Enterprise support up to 95,000+ signatures across 53 categories, while other supported models provide 55,000+ signatures with optional Memory Optimized Mode.
The subscription covers a single site's gateway deployment, including a secondary gateway in High Availability (HA) setups. Activated directly from UniFi Site Manager. Transferable between eligible devices via the Account Portal (max. twice per 30 days).
Requirements: UniFi Cloud Gateway (firmware 4.1.8+) or UniFi Gateway (4.1.3+), UniFi Network 9.3+, Remote Access enabled.
