DisplayPort™ to HDMI®, impossible in the past!
Luckily enough, the past is the past! The IB-AC508a DisplayPort™ to HDMI® adapter connects DisplayPort™ outputs, such as a laptop or desktop PC with HDMI® devices like televisions, monitors, etc.. With the DisplayPort™ 1.2 specifications and HDMI® this adapter may constitute a video bandwidth of up to 3 Gbit/s and a resolution of 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160@30Hz). Simple to use without the installation of any driver, since the IB-AC508a is completely Plug & Play.

Everything you need
Thanks to the DisplayPort™ 1.2 connection as input, a desktop PC or a laptop could be the source for movies (or any VOD service on the internet).

How would it be...
...if you could watch movies on a big screen rather than the small notebook screen... and on top in Ultra HD quality, would that not be interesting?

And the counterpart
Needs to provide an HDMI® interface. This means if your TV supports HDMI® and the appropriate resolution, you can watch movies in a resolution of 3840x2160 pixel.
