Type-C™ USB 3.0 Multi Card Reader
The Type-C™ USB 3.0 multi card reader is designed for extra connectivity demands. With the IB-CR401-C3 you can extend the USB Type-C™ connection of a computer to SD 4.0, microSD 4.0 and CF cards via only one USB Type-C™ interface. They can be read and written at the same time by PC, Notebook, etc. The Type-C™ USB 3.0 card reader with UHS-II support allows fast data transfer whether you are using one or multiple cards simultaneously.
The new standard
Type-C™ USB 3.0 ports have two distinct advantages over the existing forms. They are smaller and therefore ideal for thin laptops and mobile devices and it is no longer necessary to insert the connector in a particular orientation. It always fits and thus saves the user a lot of small annoyances when connecting devices.

Since digital devices like cameras, camcorders, voice recorders and others record audio and video onto different storage media, it helps to have a versatile transfer peripheral handy.
