The ESD240C is equipped with the USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface with the support of UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol), providing transfer speeds of up to 520MB/s.
A tailor-made design
The ESD240C features a lightweight aluminum construction and optimum shock-resistant qualities, making it both portable and durable. The sturdy texture and silver hue complement the minimalist style of your PC.
Expand storage in a flash
The ESD240C provides up to 480GB of storage capacity, ensuring you have plenty of space for backups, as well as storing your high-resolution images, 4K videos, and other media files!
Great compatibility
In addition to desktop and laptop computers, the ESD240C can also be used with many other devices, such as on-the-go mobile devices and gaming consoles, providing ultra-fast transfer speeds and extra large capacity expansion.
Note:
1. Please make sure that your mobile device supports USB OTG function.
2. The ESD240C comes formatted in the exFAT file system. However, some mobile devices may require FAT32 only. Please format the ESD240C to FAT32 file system before use.

The ESD240C comes with both a USB Type-C cable and a USB Type-C to Type-A cable to accommodate desktops and laptops featuring the USB Type-C or USB 3.1 interface.

Transcend Elite is an advanced data management software package compatible with macOS, Windows OS, and Android. Available as both a desktop and mobile app, it is a free download from Transcend’s official website and from Google Play. Transcend Elite features backup and restore, data encryption, cloud backup, and disk locking* functions.
