This access point can reduce device clutter while powering downlink devices such as IP Phones or receipt printers with 2x 15W of PoE(802.3af) and supporting 75+ wireless devices over 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with an aggregate wireless throughput of 1.7Gbps.

- HPE Networking Instant On Access Points AP22D features Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) which allows access points to handle multiple Wi-Fi 6 capable clients on each channel simultaneously and improve efficiency by boosting overall capacity, reducing latency.
- Target Wake Time (TWT) – Ideal for IoT devices that communicate infrequently, TWT establishes a schedule for when clients need to communicate with an AP. This reduces power consumption and can extend the battery life of clients.
