This Service Program is valid only for single-phase UPS ≤3 kVA. It provides Customers with more than what the Standard Warranty and Warranty Extension programs provide. It can be purchased within six months from the Equipment purchase date and covers the UPS for a total of 5 years:
- During this period, the product is covered by the advance replacement of the faulty unit
- The replacement unit is shipped within 8 working hours from the incident ticket acknowledgment
- The shipping costs are covered by Vertiv
- This Service Program includes 24x7 Professional helpline
- This Service program covers both electronic parts and batteries (batteries are covered only for failures, not for misuse and/or reduced autonomy)
- The Premier version of this service also provides remote diagnostic and preventive monitoring with Vertiv™ LIFE™ Services.
